刘欢，1963年8月26日出生于中国天津市，中国内地流行乐男歌手、词曲作者 、音乐制作人、音乐教育者，对外经济贸易大学音乐教授，毕业于国际关系学院法国文学专业 。1987年，因演唱电视剧《雪城》的主题曲《心中的太阳》正式进入歌坛。1993年，为电视连续剧《北京人在纽约》创作音乐，并演唱该剧的片头曲《千万次的问》。1997年，发行个人首张音乐专辑《记住刘欢》。1998年，为电视剧《水浒传》演唱主题曲《好汉歌》、为动画电影《宝莲灯》创作并演唱主题曲《天地在我心》。1999年，获得首届CCTV-MTV音乐盛典“最受欢迎男歌手奖”。2003年，获得第3届音乐风云榜“终身成就奖” ；同年，发行个人第二张
