Nakagawa Taishi

Japanese actor

Nakagawa Taishi was born on June 14, 1998 in Tokyo, Japan. He is a Japanese actor and director.

In 2008, she made her debut as an actress by starring in the stage play "Hanagawa Haehana (ろ) hikaru - Group 1, Grade 5, Satoyama Elementary School -".

In 2011, at the age of 13, Nakagawa Taishi starred in the NHK Taiga drama "River: The Warring States of the Princesses". In the same year, she received some attention for her role in the family drama "Santian, the Housekeeper".

In 2012, he starred in the NHK Taiga drama "Hei Kiyoshi".

On January 18, 2013, the mystery drama "Night Ferris Wheel" in which she starred was aired.

In 2015, he starred in the horror film "The Green Ghost 2". On October 25th, the school comedy "Prison School" adapted from a manga, in which he starred, was aired. On November 10th, the sci-fi romance drama "Xiaonan's Mini Lover", in which he starred, was aired.

In 2016, she starred in the NHK Taiga drama "Sanada Maru".

In 2017, she starred in the romantic film adapted from a manga, "Today's Classmate Jiliang". On April 15th, the film "ReLIFE", in which he starred and adapted from a girl's manga, was released.

On April 17, 2018, the campus romance drama "Flower After Sunny Day ~ Flower Boy Next Season ~" in which he starred was aired, thus gaining more attention. On July 6th, the coming-of-age film "Rainbow Times", in which he starred, was released.

In 2019, he won the Best New Performer Award at the 42nd Japan Academy Awards for his roles in the film "Abo on Sakadou" and the TV drama "Wake Up! The Girl Over There". On April 1st, the NHK morning drama "Summer Sky" in which she starred was aired. On October 15th, the romantic drama "You and Me on G String" in which he starred was aired.

In 2020, she starred in the comedy "White Paper on Spoiled Girls' Youth". On December 25th, the Japanese animated film "Joseph and the Tiger and the Fish School" was released, in which Taishi Nakagawa provided the voice for the male lead, Tsuneo Suzukawa.

In 2022, he/she starred in the TV drama "The Veteran's Rebirth".

On April 8, 2024, the TV drama "95" in which she starred was aired.
